Boyce Systems Partners with SpendBridge to Deliver Integrated Spend Management to Keystone and Komputrol Software Users

The partnership will provide mutual clients with a more intelligent and seamless way to reduce the overall costs of acquiring goods and services

Daleville, IN, June 16, 2023 –  Boyce Systems, a leading provider of software and forms that power efficient and compliant financial operations for over 1,200 municipalities, schools, libraries, and utilities, and Indianapolis-based SpendBridge, developers of customized source-to-pay software and advisory services, today announced their partnership.

The newly forged partnership couples Boyce Systems’ market-leading financial operations software with the capabilities in SpendBridge’s platform to automate back-office source-to-pay processes. Once implemented, Keystone and Komputrol software users can bring purchase orders (POs) and invoice data directly into their software. This integration better automates their accounts payable (AP) processes with electronic invoice capture and streamlines the expense request and reimbursement process to help ensure compliance.

“We are thrilled to make it easier for our Keystone and Komputrol users to access SpendBridge,” said Casey Stanley, President of Boyce Systems. “The tight integration allows our customers to electronically capture and match invoices to simplify exception handling and payment. Ultimately, our customers can make better spending decisions and drive money back to their schools and municipalities.”

“Our partnership with Boyce is definitely a win-win for organizations who value efficiency and savings,” said Tom Jackson, President of SpendBridge.

Jason Harrington, Boyce Systems’ CEO, said he expects the partnership will help their clients meet the growing demand to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and help reallocate funds where possible.

“Beyond saving paper, our new integration with SpendBridge makes invoicing faster, increases compliance, and improves cash flow,” Harrington said. “We are excited to bring this capability to our Hoosier customers.”

Boyce Systems and SpendBridge have begun rolling out the new integration to select customers and expect customer adoption to continue throughout 2023 and 2024.
