Recently, more than 100 Indiana school districts joined Boyce Systems for an Amplify Webinar focused on simplifying teacher and ECA contract management. While every district's process is unique, one theme emerged consistently throughout the discussion: Districts are looking for ways to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create a smoother experience for both employees and administrators.
