Shelby Wright is a Program Manager at Boyce with a background in technology and a strong focus on simplifying workflows and reducing manual processes. She is currently focused on helping schools successfully adopt Employee Hub, supporting administrative teams as they move toward more efficient, user-friendly ways of working. Shelby is known for her collaborative, solutions-focused approach and her willingness to listen closely to users to continuously improve processes and outcomes. She is especially proud to help lead the successful launch of Employee Hub, supporting both internal teams and customer adoption along the way. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys staying active with her family and spending time with their dogs.
