As we’ve reflected on Amplify LIVE 2026 over the past several weeks, one thing continues to stand out: The power of bringing Indiana school business leaders together. This spring, nearly 200 school business professionals from more than 90 districts across Indiana gathered in Muncie for two days of conversation, collaboration, learning, and problem-solving centered around the future of school operations. That’s something we don’t take lightly. School business offices are navigating enormous complexity right now -- tighter funding, staffing challenges, increasing compliance expectations, cybersecurity concerns, operational efficiency demands, and rapidly evolving technology. Yet throughout the event, there was also a strong sense of optimism and shared purpose. One of the most valuable aspects of Amplify LIVE wasn’t simply the sessions or product discussions. It was the opportunity for peers from across Indiana to spend time together -- comparing approaches, sharing lessons learned, discussing challenges openly, and helping each other think through what’s next.
