Boyce was founded in Muncie, Indiana in 1899, and is a fourth-generation family owned enterprise. The company began in the bookbinding, printing and accounting systems business,

serving the mid-central United States, with a primary focus on Indiana. Some of Boyce’s first clients were county governments which grew into a business base including municipal governments, utilities, schools and other niche markets.

During the 1980’s and 90’s, Boyce entered into what became the document management industry, as the company worked closely with financial software companies that specialized in government entities. In many cases, Boyce was asked to advise clients concerning the best software for their needs.

In 1997, Boyce joined the software development industry by acquiring Komputrol Software Systems, a company specializing in school financial, municipal financial and utility billing software. In 2003, Boyce purchased Keystone Consulting Services, another major provider serving cities, towns, schools and utilities. These software development acquisitions allowed Boyce Form / Systems to provide fully integrated information and document management systems as a single-source supplier.

Headquartered in the Boyce technology pavilion on the Heartland Business Center campus in Daleville, IN, Boyce has an experienced sales and services team which assists prospects and clients throughout Indiana. Boyce is well-known for its commitment to provide high-quality, personal service to its clients. Service is one-on-one, from the initial sales and benefits presentation, to installation, training, and through continued support of our Boyce systems. Today, Boyce Forms/Systems is the leading provider of quality, high performance information management solutions. We offer full software applications, print-to-mail solutions, scanning, imaging and indexing products, electronic forms management, mail processing and the supplies to support these business needs. Boyce offers computer forms, laser-cut sheets, books, book-binding, state prescribed forms (SBOA), archival restoration of documents, plat cabinets, roller shelves and other related products and services. Boyce also provides time-keeping software and devices that integrate with Keystone payroll and financial software applications to keep our clients compliant with DOL. For our Indiana clients we work closely with the Indiana State Board of Accounts and the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance and the Indiana Department of Education.
