Chris Arkenau is Director of Onboarding and Support at Boyce with more than 20 years of experience in education finance technology. She began her career as a high school business education teacher before transitioning into education finance technology, where she has supported and led customer onboarding and support teams. Chris is focused on improving documentation and support resources so customers can more easily find answers, build confidence, and get the most value from the platform, while also ensuring successful cloud implementations through accurate data conversion, training, and support. Her hands-on experience working directly with school business offices allows her to understand customer needs and guide both customers and internal teams effectively. Outside of work, Chris enjoys being outdoors, running, attending outdoor concerts, and traveling.
